I cannot say enough positive things about Amy! My husband and I had been looking at houses previously, but had given up looking for the past few months and decided to stay in our apartment. We then came across our current property. I requested a showing and not even a hour later, Amy called us to set it up. Two days later we were being shown the property. We ended up putting in an offer and she kept us posted every step of the way. After our offer was accepted, she was prompt regarding the next steps. We had the inspections scheduled within a week. She communicated well, but was never overbearing. She was very personable, knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. We were first time home buyers and she always yielded our (sometimes ridiculous) questions. At the time of closing, she came with a gift basket for our new home including things for the baby were expecting which was so kind and thoughtful! Sandy worked literally day and night to help us get into the home we wanted. She always replied to and answered any questions I had. I was not actively looking to sell my home and purchase another, but on a whim, I found a house that looked perfect for my needs. When my wife and I saw it, we just loved it. I told Sandy that I would have to sell my current house, and I wasn’t sure if that would work in the time frame we needed. We sat down and crunched some numbers, and she assured me we could make it work. Like the best realtors I know, Sandy will not give opinions unless they are based on fact. When she listed my house to sell, we had a full price offer within 24 hours of listing. Selling my house to buy another turned into a double closing, and the seller of my new house buying another turned it into a triple stacked closing. Getting the timing right was a dance best left to Sandy, as I resort to bigger hammers, which doesn’t seem to work in real estate.
